Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-10-26

This policy explains what the mobile game Bubble Pop (package com.pilogame.bubblepop, “the App”, “we”), published by Pilogame, collects, why, and the choices you have.

Summary

Information stored on your device

Your progress (unlocked stages, stars, score, gems, achievements), settings (sound, vibration, language, touch-button layout) are saved in the App’s private storage on your device. They are not sent to us. Uninstalling the App or clearing its data deletes them.

Analytics (Google Analytics for Firebase)

We use Google Analytics for Firebase to measure how the game is used and to improve it. The App sends events such as: app opened, screens viewed (home, journey, shop…), stage started and finished (stage number, stars, time), gems earned and spent, achievements unlocked, and purchase button taps.

Firebase also collects automatically: an app-instance identifier, the device’s advertising ID where available, device model, operating system version, app version, language and approximate location derived from the IP address (country/region). This data is not used to identify you personally.

Analytics storage is on. Advertising-related signals from Firebase (ad storage, ad user data, ad personalization) are sent as “denied”; ad personalization is controlled only by Google AdMob as described below.

In-app purchases (Google Play Billing)

The shop sells packs of gems (in-game currency). Payments are handled entirely by Google Play under Google’s terms; we do not receive your card or billing details. The App receives a purchase token and the product ID from Google Play to deliver your gems and to restore purchases.

Advertising

The App uses Google AdMob to show ads: an occasional full-screen ad between stages or after a game over (never during play and not in the first 10 stages), and rewarded videos that you choose to watch to continue a run or double your gems. AdMob may collect your device’s advertising ID, IP address, approximate location, device information and ad interactions to deliver, measure and, where allowed, personalize ads and to prevent fraud. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland the App shows Google’s consent form (User Messaging Platform) before ads are requested, and you can choose non-personalized ads. You can also opt out of personalized ads or reset your advertising ID in your device settings. Buying “Remove Ads” turns off the full-screen ads. Permissions

Children

The App is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Data retention and deletion

Data on your device stays until you clear the App’s data or uninstall it. Analytics data is kept by Google Analytics for up to 14 months and is then deleted automatically. You can reset your advertising ID in your device settings at any time. To ask us to delete analytics data linked to your device, contact us (see below).

Security

Data sent to Google services is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). We keep the information we have to the minimum needed to run and improve the game.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the App changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. Significant changes will be noted in the App’s release notes.
